The EDGE is constantly measuring your heart rate, and you can simply check what training zone you’re in by pressing the HR Button at any time. The EDGE is equipped with a haptic feedback motor, the same type that makes your phone vibrate for notifications. Each training zone has distinctive haptic pattern, (show haptic BUZZES), making it easy to check where you are. This feature enables you to train more effectively, helping you hit your goals faster.
