What does the EDGE do during my workout?

During your workout, the EDGE is collecting data about your motion through the water and how your body responds to the swim. All of this collection is done automatically, only requiring minimal input from you. To mark a new set in the workout, simply short press the swim button and the Phlex Swim app will show your sets exactly as you swam them in your workout. Everything else is automatic, from lap times to distance per stroke, you can swim freely knowing that the EDGE is keeping track of it all.
