How to swim a workout with the EDGE

  1. Start by turning ON your EDGE by pressing the SWIM button
  2. Once the LED on your EDGE starts pulsing, press and hold the 'SWIM' button for about two seconds to begin a workout. You will feel a vibration pattern to confirm.
  3. You are ready to swim! Hop in the water and start your workout.
  4. Once you are done with your workout, press and hold the 'SWIM' button to finish. You will feel a vibration pattern to confirm.
  5. Your EDGE is now ready to offload to the app.
